Who Are We?
For more than 30 years, The Brigantine Family of Restaurants has been San Diego's favorite for outstanding cuisine, friendly service and inviting atmosphere. Since the first Brigantine opened in 1969, our family has grown to include six Brigantine Seafood Restaurants, Miguel's Cocinas in Point Loma and Coronado, Azul La Jolla, and our newest restaurant concept Zócalo Grill in the heart of Old Town San Diego. We also offer an excellent catering department.

All our restaurants are built on one simple philosophy: to exceed every guest's expectations. We use only the finest, freshest ingredients available and strive to constantly provide the utmost in quality and value in everything from our cuisine to our service and atmosphere.
The
Brigantine Family of Restaurants was founded by Mike
and Barbara Morton. Thirty years later the Mortons
are still very much involved in the day-to-day
operations of the restaurants, Mike as president
and Barbara as director of restaurant design. They
are joined by Mike
Mollenhauer, chief operating officer; Tina Asher,
director of training and information systems;
Randy French, director of restaurant operations;
Deanne Carl, chief financial officer; Mark Adair,
corporate chef; Deborah Horger, director of group
sales and nearly 700 team members in our restaurants
and offices.
